Information about personal data processing

It is important for You to know that the personal data that You provide us with are processed by us in a responsible way, transparently and in accordance with the Regulation of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679. You are entitled to ask for the information about the personal data recorded, for its correction or deletion provided it is granted on the basis of an agreement granted by You. In case of automatized processing You have the right for the transferability of the data and not to be the subject of the decision that is based exclusively on this decision making. Your personal data securing
Revmavita s.r.o. cares about the security of the personal data that You provide us with. We have taken suitable technical and organization measures in order to adequately protect Your data with respect to the seriousness of their processing. Your personal data that we have been provided with by You cannot be accessed by any other unauthorized person and we do not give them without Your consent to other subjects for further processing provided this is not demanded by law or in case of our legal interests protection.
The right for information
It is Your right to ask Revmavita s.r.o. for information about what personal data and to what extent and for what purpose we process about You. This information will be provided to You for free in thirty days´ time at the latest, in extraordinary situations in ninety days´ time at the latest. You will be informed about the prolongation of the period in extraordinary cases in time. Provided You ask for information that we record about You we will first need to identify You as the person who the data belongs to. In Your application please include therefore sufficient identification of Your person. If needed we have the right to demand additional information for Your identification before we provide You with personal data that we process relating to Your person. Justified denial of the request for information is our right provided this is unfounded or repeated unduly or potentially its acquisition demands inadequate effort or it were obtainable with difficulty (typically from backup systems, archives, etc)
The right for data transferability
You dispose of the right to acquire the personal data that we record about You in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format. On the basis of Your request these data can be given to another administrator.
Data update, the right for correction
As personal data may change in course of time (for example change of surname) we will appreciate Your informing us about any change so that we have Your personal data updated and we can avoid potential mistakes. The submission of information about the change of data is necessary for our correct execution of the administrator´s duties. Related to this is Your right for the correction of the personal data that we record about You. If You find out that our data are no longer up-to-date you have the right to demand their correction.
Objections
May You believe Your personal data are not processed by us in accordance with the valid legislative of The Czech republic and EU You have the right to raise objection and we will check subsequently the legitimacy of Your request. At the time of the objection submission the processing of your personal data will be limited until the justification of the objection is verified. The right for limited processing
You have the right for the limitation of Your personal data processing provided you believe that as these are recorded they are incorrect , potentially that we process them unlawfully and also provided You believe we no longer need these data for the purpose of their processing.
The right for deletion
Provided You have ever given consent to the processing of Your personal data (for example email address in the newsletter sent) You have the right to retract this consent at any time and we are obliged to delete the data that we process exclusively on the basis of Your consent. The right for deletion does not apply to the data being processed in frames of the obligation for contract execution, statutory reasons or justified interests. Provided some of Your data are stored in the backup systems that secure in an automated way the resistance of all our systems and work as a protection against the loss of data in case of accident we are not capable of deleting the data from the back up systems and it is not rarely technically unfeasible too. Nevertheless these data are not actively processed any further and will not serve for further processing purposes.
